After the blowout Super Bowl last night, I watched just a bit of the game analysis.
It was more like a postmortem!
Most interesting, one of the ESPN gurus showed a screen of some past Super Bowl teams and average ages of the players.
The winning Seahawks were up there on the screen. They had an average player age of 26 years.
Some of the other teams that had an as young — or younger — average age were really fantastic teams:
* 1985 Bears
* 1971 Dolphins (who went on to be undefeated in 1972)
In the NFL, being young and fast and smart is of enormous importance.
You have some of those combinations, and bring in excellent coaching, and then you just MIGHT have a chance of building a great team.
Dynasty, even.
My point here is that the NFL is peculiar in what makes a team great. Youth is a big factor.
In the frac sand and its related businesses, I do believe that different factors are at play.
* Having a young heart and mind to conquer the competition in this business – FACTOR.
* Desire and ability to do your homework and research on different corners of the industry to find your perfect niche – FACTOR.
* Drive to keep going, never stopping even after facing setbacks and frustrations – FACTOR.
Do you possess any or all of these factors?
If so, you might consider arming yourself with the knowledge contained in each issue of Frac Sand Fortunes. You will find that each issue has:
** A story from someone in the frac sand or related business with a young heart and mind who is kickin’ butt and taking names
** Information that entertains, delights, and EDUCATES you about the various “veins” you can “mine” within the frac sand industry
** The motivation that comes from learning about someone that is actually taking action, and knowing exactly how they did it
Like sands through the hourglass, time is running out to subscribe before the February 2014 issue of Frac Sand Fortunes goes to the printer.
