I have always loved the movie “Top Gun.”
Course, I was a Navy man, too, so some of the bravado in the movie warms my heart.
Anyway, the Top Gun instructor (Tom Skerritt – call sign Viper) tells Maverick (played by Tom Cruise) at the end that if he doesn’t get his RIO (radar intercept officer – a non-pilot in the plane that assists the pilot with navigation and combat ops), that he will fly with him.
“You’ll pick up your RIO when you get to the ship, and if you don’t, give me a call. I’ll fly with you.”

Anyway, it’s a great line.
Viper believes so much in Maverick that he’d be willing to work with him in combat.
Kinda reminds me of some of the great clients that I’ve had this year.
